AI credits
AI credits are used whenever you use AI features in SIMDUE, for example to read drawings or documents. Usage depends on the size of the task.
Each seat includes 2,500 AI credits per month, pooled across the team and reset every month. If you need more you can buy credit packs – nothing is ever charged automatically beyond what you have purchased.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I get every program?
- Yes. One seat gives full access to every SIMDUE program; new programs we release are included.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. Your 14-day trial starts when you create an account and does not require a payment card.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account becomes read-only. All your projects and data are kept and available again as soon as you subscribe.
- How do seats work?
- Each seat is a named user on your team. You can add or remove seats at any time in the customer portal – changes are prorated.
- How do AI credits work?
- See the “AI credits” explanation above. Once the balance is used up, AI features pause until next month or until you buy a credit pack – no surprise bills.
- What about VAT and invoices?
- All prices are excl. VAT. VAT is added at checkout and you will find your invoices in the customer portal.
